5. Tools rnd Equlprnent
Coflsulbnt shall provide his own tools and equlpment neces5ary to perform the Servt:ces. Consultant may use
C,ompanies Epedatty equipmerd, vehlcles and hcilitie€ frsm time to lime. ConsutEnt shall bE reirntx.rsed 6or all expenses
or tnalerlals required specifrcally for any of Companbs prorects.
5. Ltabllity for Sefflcee
Con*rtiant sha[ be responslble lor alt Services to the extent they are covered by Consultants hsurance. Any
damages not covered by Consultants Insurence ShAlt be tlle responsibility qf Company.
