Our Services Discovery and Enforcement We conduct a confidential audit of a recruitment organisations contract finishers to discover instances where contractors have been re-engaged or employed in contravention of the terms in place. Once these instances have been found we settle the breach with the hiring company on our client’s behalf. Once settled we ensure payment is made and only then do we invoice our client. Enforcement only Clients are aware of breaches of their terms and engage us to settle the breach with the hiring company on their behalf. The breach can be either pre supply where an introduction has been made and the hiring company has engaged the contractor through another agency or post supply where the hiring company has re-engaged a contractor in contravention to our Client’s terms. Once settled we ensure payment is made and only then do we invoice our client.
