JTC-SERIES CUBIC SCREW JACKS
* The worm gear driven trapezoidal lead screw jack incorporates a heat treatment standard #45 steel worm which drives a
high strength bronze worm gear. The worm shaft is supported on anti-friction deep groove ball bearings with external seals
provided to prevent loss of lubrication. Lubrication with synthetic grease ep2 lithium grease. The bronze worm gear is
supported on anti-friction ball thrust bearings. Rotation of the bronze worm gear causes the trapezoidal thread lifting screw
to translate or rotate, depending upon jack configuration. The jack housing is made of ductile iron and proportioned to
support the rate capacity of the unit. The lifting screw is made of standard #45 steel.
* JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks major configuration devides the jacks into translating screw jacks, lifting nut rotating screw
jacks, anti-rotation keyed screw jacks, anti-backlash screw jacks, double clevis screw jacks etc. Upright and inverted type
jacks. Standard lifting screw end types such as top flange (top plate), clevis end (male clevis), threaded end and plain end,
also can custom to make kinds of lifting screw ends.
* In the absence of vibration load, JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks has self lock and precisely position loads, will hold loads
without backdriving, and no need any brake mechanism or locking system. Lifting force from 2.5 kN to 500 kN. Linear
speeds up to 1.5 m/min. Can be driven by motors, hand wheels or both together, 11 sizes in two gear ratios for high and
slow linear speeds. Can be mounted in any attitude. Generally maintenance free.
* JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks are used wherever controlled lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling is required. They can be
installed single unit, in pairs or multiple units screw jack lifting systems simultaneously lifting. Accessories such as electric
motors, hand wheels, digital counters, flex couplings, bevel gearboxes, bellow boots, limit switches, drive shafts, pillow
blocks, flange blocks, stop nuts, gear motors, worm gear reducer, rod ends etc.
* JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks Application in spray infeed conveyor lift system, theatre stage lifting platform, solar tracker,
satellite dish antenna azimuth, raising sluice gate, screw scissor lift table, Air dampers, Low temperature valve operators,
Drive wheel adjustment to change conveyor flow stops, Conveyor lifts, diverters, Knife blade filter drum skimmer, Furnace
combustion gun adjustment, synchronized lifting system, food processing oven lifts system, feeder leveler, roller
adjustment, tunnel ventilation damper adjustment, postform roller elevation, car lifting trolley, extrusion machine, roller
Laminating machine, complete mineral wool processing machinery, sandwich panel handling machinery, vintage industrial
crank desk and anywhere required raising, lowering, pulling, pushing and rolling linear motions.

  • 1. JTC-SERIES CUBIC SCREW JACKS * The worm gear driven trapezoidal lead screw jack incorporates a heat treatment standard #45 steel worm which drives a high strength bronze worm gear. The worm shaft is supported on anti-friction deep groove ball bearings with external seals provided to prevent loss of lubrication. Lubrication with synthetic grease ep2 lithium grease. The bronze worm gear is supported on anti-friction ball thrust bearings. Rotation of the bronze worm gear causes the trapezoidal thread lifting screw to translate or rotate, depending upon jack configuration. The jack housing is made of ductile iron and proportioned to support the rate capacity of the unit. The lifting screw is made of standard #45 steel. * JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks major configuration devides the jacks into translating screw jacks, lifting nut rotating screw jacks, anti-rotation keyed screw jacks, anti-backlash screw jacks, double clevis screw jacks etc. Upright and inverted type jacks. Standard lifting screw end types such as top flange (top plate), clevis end (male clevis), threaded end and plain end, also can custom to make kinds of lifting screw ends. * In the absence of vibration load, JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks has self lock and precisely position loads, will hold loads without backdriving, and no need any brake mechanism or locking system. Lifting force from 2.5 kN to 500 kN. Linear speeds up to 1.5 m/min. Can be driven by motors, hand wheels or both together, 11 sizes in two gear ratios for high and slow linear speeds. Can be mounted in any attitude. Generally maintenance free. * JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks are used wherever controlled lifting, lowering, pushing and pulling is required. They can be installed single unit, in pairs or multiple units screw jack lifting systems simultaneously lifting. Accessories such as electric motors, hand wheels, digital counters, flex couplings, bevel gearboxes, bellow boots, limit switches, drive shafts, pillow blocks, flange blocks, stop nuts, gear motors, worm gear reducer, rod ends etc. * JTC-Series Cubic Screw Jacks Application in spray infeed conveyor lift system, theatre stage lifting platform, solar tracker, satellite dish antenna azimuth, raising sluice gate, screw scissor lift table, Air dampers, Low temperature valve operators, Drive wheel adjustment to change conveyor flow stops, Conveyor lifts, diverters, Knife blade filter drum skimmer, Furnace combustion gun adjustment, synchronized lifting system, food processing oven lifts system, feeder leveler, roller adjustment, tunnel ventilation damper adjustment, postform roller elevation, car lifting trolley, extrusion machine, roller Laminating machine, complete mineral wool processing machinery, sandwich panel handling machinery, vintage industrial crank desk and anywhere required raising, lowering, pulling, pushing and rolling linear motions.
