• Participate; be here and 'in the now'
• Listen for insights and explore
• Avoid dominance with your own contributions
• Listen reflectively, make connections
• Make conversations joyful, creative and inclusive
• You’re allowed to draw/write on the tables, visualize
your knowledge and share
