   6. Imperial Geopolitics – Lost Global Welfare under Military Doctrines

Assignment Write-up Guidelines:

The write-up should be original and should not exceed 15 pages. Importance will be
given to arguments and articulation. No weightages for furnishing plain information.
However, information may be furnished to provide perspectives to the arguments and
analysis. Information may be sourced from secondary sources including internet with
due acknowledgements. Plagiarism will be strictly dealt with. It is the duty of the group
and its members to go for a plagiarism check before submitting the assignment. The
write-up of the assignment shall carry 15 marks.

Last date for submission of Assignments: 7th March 2013 6.00p.m


Presentation Guidelines:

The group presentation shall be conducted towards end of the sessions. Each
presentation shall not exceed 12 slides. More emphasis shall be given on arguments and
analysis than the presentation of the facts. The presentation will be limited to 20-22
minutes followed by discussion and question answer session of 8-10 minutes. Total
allotted time for each presentation shall be limited to 30 minutes. The presentation shall
carry 15 marks.

Tentative dates of presentation – 12th and (or) 13th of March 2013
