Plastic toys can pose choking hazards to young children. The nose of the Fisher-Price Lil' Wagster Dragster push toy can be removed if sucked or chewed on, potentially causing a choking hazard. Parents should be aware of small parts that could detach from toys and present choking risks, especially for babies and toddlers.
That they have both chemical and physical hazards. I would have never known how hazardous plastic toys are until I came upon my research question. I realized that no matter how important the toys are to children developmental processes, something like a mini plastic toy car can kill a child. Big or small, plastic toys are hazardous…something like a push toy

Which does not even look hazardous to most people because all you can do it is just push.. but actually it can extremely hurt a child,..their chin, mouth and teeth can get stuck on the round top handle of the toy..
Then there’s other toys like these plastic baby dolls that. Parts of their bodies like their arms and legs are detachable or can easily come off and then a child may choke from it..A parent will never know that these innocent dolls can actually choke their children to death unless they watch their kids when they play with them or until they become aware of the toy recalls with these dolls and as well teethers.
As well as a teether. You would not think that its nose is detachable or if it’s secured. A parent who bought this teether would not even realize that its nose could get removed when their child suck or chew on it.
However it is never too late to start using natural toys like wooden toys. Wooden toys are way safer becausee they don’t pose any chemical health risks to children and adults. Parents should start looking into replacing their children’s plastic toys to wooden ones..
