Breathing Exercise as a technique to develop Self Awareness and Self Discipline so that The
Student may use as a foundational tool for successfully accomplishing their Dreams and Thrive
in the Social Economic War-Zone. When the Student has an understanding of the Foundational
Concepts that is presented in “The Basics in Becoming a Master of Discipline” and practices our
Breathing Exercise on a frequent basis The Student will take the first steps in becoming a True
Master.
The Meaning of a True Master and the Secret to become One.
If a student wishes to master a skill, a profession or even a discipline you must put your effort,
your energy and your time into learning the information, then through constant repetition and
continual self-analysis until The Student can execute their skill, their profession and their
discipline with absolute precision while making their abilities appear Effortless and Natural
when observed. Only when the student’s skill, profession and discipline appear Effortless and
Natural can they be considered a Master. The Naturalistic Execution is the Secret Key in
becoming a True Master.
What will be needed to begin.
In order for The Student to become a True Master, The Student needs to be aware of the
Foundational Concepts, The Manifestation of Reality and Systems of Reality to comprehend
how the universe manifests into a physical place and how we, human beings experience the
universe. This course will outline the basic-need-to-know information in order for The Student to
begin the journey to become Self-Aware and Self-Discipline. Since this course is to establish the
basics only Awareness of the information is necessary. Through the use of our Breathing
Exercise, The Student will naturally attain a deeper understanding of the Foundational Concepts
and their true meaning. Awareness will be needed to begin. Future courses will have more
detailed information, explanations and advance concepts.
19. Terms and Definitions to know: Manifestation of Reality, The First Concept.
Matter: Physical substance that occupies space and possesses mass.
Atom: The basic unit of Matter and the basic unit of a Chemical Element.
Energy: A property of Matter, space and fields that can be converted into many different forms
and be transferred between objects.
These are definitions to terms to help The Student comprehend the following concepts in the
course.
The First Concept: Manifestation of Reality - “All is One, One is All.”
Physics States: All objects in Reality (the universe) is a form of Matter. Any form of Matter is
comprised of a smaller building block called the Atom. Simply put the Atom is made
from Energy in its purest form. In order for Matter to manifest and exist in Reality the pure
energy in the atom must be in a state of vibration at high speeds, which is known as its
frequency. Depending on the frequency of vibration will determine the form of Matter that
the Atom manifests into Reality. Vibration and Frequency is also used to measure Sound Waves.
This is important because Energy is a form of Sound, the Atom is sound and so is all Matter.
Reality manifests itself through Sound, The First Concept of becoming a True Master is
realization “All is One, One is All.” The First Concept: Manifestation of Reality - “All is One,
One is All.”
Systems of Reality - What is Experience?
In the Second Foundational Concept of our course The Student will become aware of the
Systems of Reality that allows everyone and everything to interpret and understand their
experiences. An individual’s entire life, from birth to death is a collection of experiences. We has
human beings will always have experiences and can never stop experiences from happening.
However, a True Master can pick certain experiences that they have and choose the outcomes of
other experiences. The Foundational Concept: Systems of Reality is a basic outline of these three
systems.
The Second Concept: The Systems of Reality
Some beliefs may call this Concept as the Holy Trinity but this course will identify this Concept
as The Systems of Reality. These systems are The Body, The Mind and The Spirit. The Body is the
vehicle that is used to experience Reality with. The Mind is the system that we use to perceive
and interpret Reality through the senses of The Body. The Spirit is the truest form of you, The
Student, created by your unique personality which allows you to interpret your experiences and
develop emotions. Your personality is how you naturally react to you experiences and your
emotions will guide how your spirit feels about your experiences.
The Second Foundational Concept, The Systems of Reality.
The Breathing Exercise: Bringing Relaxation and Awareness to the Body and Mind
Please read both Bringing Relaxation and Awareness: The Body and Bringing Relaxation and
Awareness: The Mind in full before attempting The Breathing Exercise. The Student will have to
perform the Breathing Exercise several times in order to grasp the Foundational Concepts to
attain a natural and deeper Understanding, Self-Awareness and Self Discipline.
20. Bringing Relaxation and Awareness: The Body
First sit Indian style, rest your hands on your knees. Practice a few deep breaths. In through the
nose, out through the mouth. Bring your concentration to the soles of your feet. Notice the
weight or energy beginning to gather there. As you continue your deep breaths let that weight or
energy move up your ankles, your shins then your calf. Let the weight move into your knees,
thighs, tail, bone, hips and waist. Let the energy build itself into your abdomen, stomach and
your solar plexus. Let the energy flow into your lungs, heart and chest. Relax your shoulders and
let the energy fall into your biceps, forearms, wrist, palms and fingers. Let the weight move into
your neck and throat. Relax your chin, your mouth and lips. Relax your cheeks, your nose and
eyes. Let the energy flow into your brow and forehead. Then finally into the back of your skull.
Bringing Relaxation and Awareness: The Mind
After bringing your body to a state of relaxation through awareness you must do the same with
your mind. As you continue your deep breaths, in through the nose out through the mouth, count
back from One Hundred all the way down to Zero. If a thought, idea or anything at all interrupts
your count down, just know that is natural and will happen often. We are not trying to push your
thoughts out but bring Awareness to them. Attempt to resolve why that thought is interrupting
you. Once complete return to your countdown. Once you hit Zero, start again at Thirty and
repeat the process.
This is enough time to relax your mind. By practicing these two forms of Relaxation that we
call The Breathing Exercise, The Student created a space of Tranquility with-in themselves that
will naturally rejuvenate The Spirit.
Enjoy your Relaxation and new found Awareness. The Breathing Exercise.
The Foundation has been built.
The Student is now aware of two Foundational Concepts and has received instructions in order
to regularly practice our developed Breathing Exercise so that The Student can relax themselves
naturally and attain Self-Awareness and Self -Discipline.
Future courses will have more detailed information, explanations and advance concepts.
Thank You for taking “The Basics in Becoming a Master of Discipline.”

21. Welcome to
SupermomOnAutopilot-Household Management & Familial Stabilization
The Centenarian Way of Life-Routines of 21st Century Renaissance Men
SupermomOnAutopilot
How is it going everyone, I’m Chelle, a franchise developer of SupermomOnautopilot and Mom of two
supergirls. Maintaining a daily routine as a work at home mom sounds easy, but its not. Creating a schedule
that works for you, and your clients, and your family is rarely done let alone maintained.
Without a daily routine, you have no control over your obligations, and any balance of your time between
family, home, and work will be very unlikely.
I know this, because all supermoms struggle with this aspect of parenthood. In the 21st
Century, there is no
time for procrastination and a laptop, a phone, and a network can do wonders. This along with a routine
system in place will guarantee that everything gets done.
Find time to take care of you. Exercised each day in some kind of way
Have set office hours. Have a clearly defined set of hours dedicated to working your business as well as
times when you should be doing chores or spending time with the family, or yourself
Use your most productive time of day for your most important tasks. Your focus will be clearer
(although you still might be easily distracted) working with this edge will take less effort. Stack your daily
schedule based on your peak time and do your most important business tasks during that time. For instance,
if you are a blogging and you work best at night, you would write your blog post content during those
evening hours.
Do the things you HATE first. By doing the items you dread before everything else, you feel relieved and
can get more done during the rest of your allotted time.
Create systems that work. The systems concept is based on patterns and habits and schedules. When you
merge them all together, you have a refined system that can help you track and build your business without
wasting a ton of time.
I have systems for home management and business:
• All bills set to auto-pay with the company or set up with bill-pay at
our bank so nothing is ever late and our budget remains intact.
• Grocery shopping is done each Sunday morning anything needed
prior to the weekend (like more milk etc.) is picked while out in
transit throughout the week.
• The kitchen must be clean before I go to bed at night.
Routines. Habits. Essentially so I can exist on autopilot.
Eliminate the time-sucks.
Social Media attracts everyone like a bee to honey. Hours scrolling through memes and videos and groups
can social media.
Divide and conquer.
Building a team is one of the smartest things a work from home mom can ever do. Whether it is employing
your children or just giving them chores, your family can be a tremendous support. But also consider
outside your family, especially if it can be done without blowing the budget.
Work toward 100% focus. Regardless of which hat you are wearing at any given time of the day, try to
focus on that task 100%. Is that always possible? Heck no. Distractions are constant. But always be striving
for 100%.
22. My SupermomOnAutopilot & Centenarian Way of Life Daily Routines
Prior to 8 AM
Each weekday starts with cooking breakfast, packing lunches, putting away dishes, maybe changing out the
laundry, and hustling the children through their morning to be ready for the Start of the day in the A.M.
8 AM until 10 AM
When we start the workday after the morning with the kids, I exercise. Immediately, before I even begin to
go into the house or home office.
If not, the next move will be to turn on the TV or something distracting and binge an hour away. Except for
on Wednesday. Wednesdays are very special because I have a mastermind meeting with other work from
home moms, or our team leaders of our company. This goes on every other week and coaching calls, or on
opposite weeks.
10 AM until 3:30 PM
My time is divided among my different tasks associated with each day. If I do not divide my work time, I
will lose direction or my brain becomes overwhelmed with everything on my to do list. I have to assign
certain times to important tasks. To align this large portion of the day to our organization, we follow the
Centenarian Way of Life during the workdays.
The Centenarian Way of Life
It allows for an organized regimen proving 8 hours of sleep, 11 hours of work, mental and physical
training, and 5 hours or rest, recovery, nutrition, hygiene, and personal time.
12-8a Sleep
8-9a Morning routines- Read/Review: Appointment Schedules, Daily and Weekly Planner, GAA Manual,
Affirmations, To-Do Lists, Nutrition, Cleanup, and Hygiene
9-12p Morning Block - Routines, Studies, and/or Work
12-1p Lunch, Break, Midday Routines
1-3p Afternoon Block -Routines, Studies, and/or Work
3-6p Evening Block -Routines, Studies, and/or Work
6-8p Break, Dinner
8-11p Night Block-Routines, Studies, and/or Work
Night until Bed
After work hours, I have to make myself walk away from the laptop. I even have to leave my phone in our
bedroom. Because I am a workaholic and will continue to click and tap and end up late for family and other
duties. So, to help us with our 100% focus, this program has not only chosen the times that work but also
define the areas of our home where we can work.
Finding your routine
A work-life balance is not easy and every work at home mom will have a completely different schedule.
You cannot mimic mine totally as it will not work specifically for you. But, it is a begging templates to
give you a structure to follow and be persistent. Always remember that if it is a task that takes less than two
minutes; Do It Right Away to avoid procrastination... And eliminate clutter as much a possible, because we
do know that visual clutter leads to mental clutter, which leads to stress.

About our work
My team and I create BKDs on Complete Daily Awareness. These are memory updates for rapid
learning in the areas of 21st Century Abundant Success. Outlining a basic knowledge database
specific to students, parents, athletes, professionals, entertainers, and entrepreneurs.
The first purpose of our innovation is to increase awareness; it is the knowledge of what is
acceptable and acting accordingly. Being aware of different problems and confronting them in a
manner to create a beneficial outcome.
The second purpose is to enhance skill acuity through physical development.
It provides us with the abilities we need to explore and interact with the world around us.
These are all complex physical tasks that require body strength, hand-to- eye coordination and
perception.
The third purpose is to build memory. It is our brains filing system. It contains everything we
have learnt. We can store an amazing amount of information in our brain -for example, as a
child we learned around ten new words a day, and eventually we know 100,000 or more. The

BKD Concepts
The concept of 21st century abundant success:
Overcoming the most common major setbacks and instead accomplishing the most common
major goals; raising the level of competition in the socioeconomic war zone.
The concept of complete daily awareness:
There are certain factors of individual development that help us accelerate our progress
and bulletproof our chances of success. In the socioeconomic war zone, these factors are goal
understanding, heavy preparedness, and many resources. This aspect is vital if the mission is to
realistically overcome setbacks and accomplish goals; you must know them to know what to
look out for, and so on.
Goal understanding:
being aware of the most common major goals; to make sure you know where you are going;
Heavy preparedness:
being prepared for the most common major setbacks we will face in a lifetime.
Many resources:
having access the resources you need to accomplish all of these tasks and avoid losing time
searching for answers that are already present.
The concept of the socioeconomic warzone:
The Socioeconomic warzone is our name for the public in reference to the real-world
battle naturally taking place amongst all people aiming to live and thrive within it.
The concept of the lacking:
The lacking is our name for the individual state of being too unaware. Unprepared, or
under resourced to accomplish the most common major goals off the 21st century.
27. How To Use The BKD
Power Vocabs, Form Commands, And Conceptual Informative Phrases
This is the way we were taught to do it: Create flashcards of your vocabulary words, either
digitally or by hand. Review your cards once a day. Every time you get a card wrong, put it in a
section for cards you need to review frequently. When you get a card right, put it in a section
for cards you need to review less frequently. You can even score each card for how well you
remembered it and place it on a scale from 0 (review tomorrow) to 5 (review next week or
month). Follow your schedule and adjust as needed. Use software, if needed, to store and keep
track of your cards — just not to create them. Instead, create the cards yourself and add
context clues so they're relevant to you. From there, you're on your way.
The Rapid Mental Growth & Physical Development Methodology
There are six forms of training and study used with this tool in order to gain optimal
retention and practical application. It also includes “Program Design Trackers”, this is an archive
that records progress for future analysis of performance and presentation challenges assigned
by Instructor-Trainer Guzman. With this tool, the academy uses five forms of training and self-
study for practical application alongside optimal retention.
Matching tasks and category: a one or two player game where notecards are used to improve
concentration and memory by forcing you to remember the definitions associated with the
vocabulary written on the note cards.
Memory game: read and review conceptual informative phrases (CIPs) or power vocabulary
associated with your vClass or area of life micromanagement. Then recite without note to
evaluate your level of retention.
Word association game: pick a category; challengers go back, and forth reciting power vocab
associated with specific area we are enhancing.
High intensity presentation training: to increase memory and perfect your execution of the
delivery needed for recall optimization.
Program design tracking: a self-study tool for independent practice so when you rehearse on
your own; you can also send your stats to a specialist for further customization or analyzation.
Please Note: Enroll in a rapid learning program or club with Instructor Guzman for more in-
depth study.
