Negotiation skills can be extremely valuable skill set that could
be used in many different ways in just about every field. Being
able to properly negotiate is important and could improve the
success of yourself and if you are doing it for a company, the
company could benefit as well. Employees in the company

significant impact on their performances. It is vital to enable
people to have more control of the negotiation process. Better
negotiators understand the needs of the other party and try to
meet those needs without losing sight of their own goals and
