Salary: £35 – 40k
The Company
Our client are a global multi-industry manufacturing leader committed to operational excellence and
execution. With operations in over 35 countries with over 17,000 employees, they specialise in a
diverse range of products serving various industries including Automotive After Sales, vehicle
diagnostic tools, power and energy, process equipment, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and oil
and gas.
The Role
You will investigate, research and analyse the current methods, trends and technologies within the
Automotive After Sales Business focused on Car Diagnostics, with a view to propose a roadmap for
the future. You will be tasked to communicate and influence the adoption of proposals to customer
stakeholders and assist in the implementation of these solutions.
The work is performed in close co-operation with some of the leading names within the automotive
industry and you will be involved on several projects simultaneously.
Primary Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Reviewing and analyzing data as required to ensure technical accuracy of documentation
• Compiling specifications
• Analyzing current data and processes
• Process mapping and process change
• Influencing people and making solutions heard and adopted
• Research trends
The Candidate
In order to be successful in this role, you would need to be able to manage your time accordingly, be
self-driven and have the ability to co-operate with others whilst being business and customer
orientated. You will need an analytical mind and have excellent English skills both oral and written.
Knowledge of engineering business processes would be a significant advantage, as would experience
within a similar role in the automotive industry.
Candidates should ideally have:
• Bachelor´s Degree or comparable
• Professional Experience
• Experience in writing business use cases / system use cases
• Experience in Document system requirements
• Business Analysis experience
• Experience in using EPC (Event driven Process Chain) - authoring in Visio / ARIS
• Experience in creating IT system requirements based on authored use cases (above)
• Experience in the Automotive Industry or comparable
