The following instructions are applicable to Catapult University and Affiliate “Powered
By Catapult” websites featuring Web Chat capabilities.
NEW ACCOUNT SET-UP / ACCOUNT ACCESS
Registering on Catapult University and Affiliate ‘Powered By Catapult” Sites
1. Go to guest sign-in page:
a. Catapult University – www.catapultuniversity.com
b. Dentsply Caulk KOL – www.dentsply-caulk.catapultuniversity.com
c. GCARE - http://gcare.catapultuniversity.com/web/guest/welcome
2. In the “Sign In” window select the “Register” button in the bottom
3. Provide all the required information in the “Register” pop -window
4. Enter “Save” upon completion.
5. You will receive a message to login with the email and password used to create account.
6. An account confirmation email will be sent to the email used to register the account.
Accessing Existing Accounts
1. Enter email account used to create member account
2. Enter password
3. Click Sign-in Button
Forgot Password
1. Select “Forgot Password” link
2. Enter email account used to create member account
3. Check email account for new password

SITE NAVIGATION
Dashboard Page: Once members sign in they will be taken to their Dashboard. From the Dashboard Page Members
can:
View and registered for featured programs and classrooms
Access all their registered programs and classrooms
Access CE Certificates earned on the sites
Manage CE hours earned through the system and from outside courses
Navigate to the site home page
Navigating to the Dashboard from a Program Classroom
1. Select the Dashboard Tab from the top navigation bar

1. A drop down menu bar with the users name will appear on the following pages for Catapult University:
a. Welcome
b. Programs
c. Speakers
d. About Us
e. Why Catapult
f. Program Directory
2. A drop down menu bar with the users name will appear on the following pages for Dentsply-Caulk:
a. Welcome
b. CE Team
c. Brand Mangers

3. A drop down menu bar with the users name will appear on the following pages for GCARE:

From all pages listed above, users can click on the drop-down menu with their name and select the
dashboard and/or home to return to the Dashboard page.
Members can use the drop down to sign-out and/or access other pre-selected classroom pages.

Registering Using Program and Classroom Listings (Prior Signing In)
1. Identify the program and/or classroom of interest in one of the following:
a. Featured Program Listing
b. Featured Classroom Listing
c. Program and Program Category Listing
2. Select the register now button for the desired class
a. Users will be taken to the program registration page
3. Review program description, fees and any cancellation policies posted.
4. Sign-in using email or password to register or create a new account
5. After sign-in or new account creation select the register button
a. Pay registration fees
b. Access classroom
Registering Using Program and Classroom Listings (Post Signing In)
1. Identify the program and/or classroom of interest in one of the following:
a. Featured Program Listing
b. Featured Classroom Listing
c. Program and Program Category Listing
2. Select the register now button for the desired class and note the required fee
a. For programs requiring a registration fee, users will be taken to a payment screen
b. For free access programs users will receive a onscreen acknowledgment of registration
c. For restricted access programs a program request will be sent to the program administrator.
3. Email confirmations will be sent for all accepted registrations
Accessing Registered Classes and Programs
1. Locate the desired class in the “My Classes” window on the Dashboard/Home Page
2. Select the Access button to navigate to class/program
Also note the access will also be shown for any class/program user has registered that’s in the category listings

Accessing Live Webinar Programs
On the day/afternoon/night of the scheduled event:
1. Sign-in using email and password
2. Navigate to the classroom created for the event (use instructions provided above)
3. 15 Minutes Prior to the scheduled start a “Join Now” Button will appear in the Class Events Window
4. Select the “Join Now” button to enter the webinar classroom.

CE EXAMS AND CERTIFICATES
Taking CE Exams (Post Webinar Session)
1. Navigate to the program classroom
2. Click on the Take CE Quiz” Button
3. CE Exam will appear in pop-up window (make sure pop-ups are enabled on your browser
4. Complete the CE Exam and click the “Send” button
Participants will need to score 80% or better to pass the exam.
Retaking the CE Exam (User received score below 80%)
1. Select ‘Retake” button to reset the quiz
2. Proceed to take the exam
Obtaining CE Certificate (Pre-Requisite 80% or better)
1. Click the ‘Sign Affidavit” button
2. Confirm Program Attendance and/or Viewed Video Presentation
3. Click Submit Affidavit Button
a. Receive Message that Certificate has been released to certificate folder in the Dashboard Page
4. Navigate to Dashboard to download/view CE Certificate
5. Click on the desired CE certificate
a. Users will be taken to new page with CE file link
6. Click on CE File link to either view or download certificate
CE Credit Management (Initial Set-up)
1. Enter the target number of CE hours desired
2. Specify start date to begin tracking CE hours
3. Specify end date to stop tracking CE hours
Tracking CE Hours
1. All CE hours obtained through the website will be automatically added to the measured period
2. Users can enter any CE hours obtained outside the system – These hours will be aggregated with the CE
earned on the system and displayed in the progress graphs.
