Creating a Company Profile and Posting a Job:1. Add your contact information on the Settings page and click Add Profile2. Add information about your organization on the Profile page (this is your companys careers page) and complete the Preferences section for matching, then click Add Job3. On the Plans page, select the plan you want to purchase and click Sign-up Add your credit card information click the Payment and Confirm buttons on payment pages (this step is not shown).4. Once on the job post, enter the job details and complete the remaining Preference questions, Skills section and add any Filters to the job post. Send a personalized message to all your top candidates on the job post via Auto- Match Message.5. Find a rank-ordered list of all qualified candidates in the database, view their online resumes and contact the top matches via the system6. Return to the Dashboard where you will begin your experience each time you login (now that you have created an account) and can easily navigate the entire site

Build a virtual resume by adding a picture, video, and links and completing the About Me, Matching (Preferences and Skills questions), Standout, and Online Resume sections of the Candidate Profile and click Get Matches3. Find a rank-ordered list of internships and/or jobs in the database, and click on a company or job posting to learn more about each4. Contact the company or apply for the job by clicking on the Contact or Apply buttons on the Company or Job Posting page and edit the default message5. Return to the Dashboard where you will begin your experience each time you login (now that you have created an account) and can easily navigate the entire site
