AT&T Debuts New Mobility & Entertainment Store in Westlake
New Retail Store Concept Among the First Nationwide
WESTLAKE, Ohio, Feb. 24, 2018 â AT&T* debuted a new 4,200 sq. ft. entertainment-
focused retail store in Westlake. The new store in Crocker Park is the first of its type in
Ohio and aims to connect customers to the entertainment content they want anytime,
anywhere and on any device. Cleveland Cavaliers forward Jeff Green, the Cavs Scream
Team and mascot Moondog joined the store opening celebration.
The new store reflects the changing ways our customers use their mobile devices for
entertainment. In the last year alone, video traffic on our network grew over 75%. In our
new store, you can interact with content across many different screens and find the best
video, internet and wireless options available from AT&T.
âAs technology continues to evolve, we need to make sure Northeast Ohio is evolving to
support it,â said State Representative Dave Greenspan. âAT&Tâs new store and continued
investment helps our community stay competitive and plugged into the latest trends.â

Some key features of the new store format are:
ďˇ Entertainment, everywhere. The new stores illustrate the intersection of
entertainment and connection. Weâve added more screens to showcase video
content as well as its availability across virtually any device with our DIRECTV and
DIRECTV NOW services.
ďˇ Smartphones and more. Weâve moved the phones off the walls to the center of
the store to make it easier to compare and choose whatâs best for you. We also
have two focus areas to highlight the most popular smartphone brands and
compatible accessories, like VR goggles and smartwatches. We expanded our
lineup of accessories, and weâve made them easier to find.
ďˇ A comfortable experience. Weâve designed these stores for you to have a
personal connection with our employees and services. We know selecting a

phone, plan and even adding TV and home broadband to your list takes longer
than grabbing a shirt off the rack. We added comfortable areas where you and
our employees can work together.
âToday, more than half of our network traffic is video. This new store in Westlake will
help local customers connect more seamlessly to the entertainment they love,â said Eric
Decker, Director of Sales, AT&T Ohio.
The new store is located at 167 Market Street in Westlake, inside Crocker Park. The hours
of operation are: Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
