1. 2743200-457200Stephanie’s Corn Bread<br />1 cup flour<br />1 cup corn meal<br />2 tsp. baking powder<br />pinch of salt<br />1 1/8 cup of milk or water (or soy milk)<br />2 eggs<br />4 tsp. melted butter or margarine<br />3 Tbsp. honey<br />Mix together first four ingredients.<br />Then, separately mix the second four ingredients.<br />Combine.<br />Pour into an 8x8 square pan or a pie pan.<br />Bake at 435/200 for 20-25 minutes.<br />
