1. 1828800-457200Sandy’s Edamame <br />salad with quinoa<br />Make 1 cup of quinoa according to package directions. 5 leaves of romaine lettuce chopped 4 oz mixed greens1 cup grape tomatoes halved1/4 tsp coarse sea salt1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil. 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves3 tbls balsamic1/4 tsp ground black pepperHandful of Soy nuts or wasabi peasAdd Lettuce, edamame and tomato halves into a bowl. Sprinkle salt into bowl. In a jar whisk oil, balsamic vinegar, thyme and pepper. Pour dressing over salad and add either soynuts or wasabi peas.<br />
