What is Rights Management?
The management of rights granted to the creators of intellectual property
as well as their licensees and licensors.
This could include trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial design rights,
and in some jurisdictions trade secrets. Authored works including film,
literature, music, photography and video, as well as discoveries,
inventions, words, phrases, symbols, and designs can all be protected as
intellectual property (IP).
