2. ABOUT GROUP
HELPAGE BHARAT group was first established in 25
july,2011 by Amaresh and Naveen in holy city Varanasi. The
group has performed several task to help poor and members of
his group. Together in group, member worked for 6 months.
They help insolvent to be a good citizen, they helped old man(
Ram prakash Tiwari) to get back her house, who as once expeled
by his younger son, the group has also donated winter clothes at
Slum area of SAMNE GHAT, VARANASI. but in month of Janurary
group has lost his significance. After encouragement by some of
our friends we want to work for those needy section of society
again.
3. TWO MOTIVE OF ORGANISATION
1. FIRST, it is to help needy, poor and orphans.
needy- village man who has little knowledge of law, helpless
child wants to seek education, person wants to file petition
poor- all man and women who works hard but unable to feed
himself/herself 3 times a day.
orphans- the child who has no support of guardian. Unable
to seek studies.
Note- group is responsible for basic education only. Selection of
students for education depends upon wish of core members.
4. 2. second, to develop member of this group.
Group will launch several programs and
appreciate participant with certificate for every
events. Member shall have opportunities to
develop their personalities, CV, and social
interaction skill.
5. SEVERAL GROUP ACTIVITIES
• NUKKAR NATAK; It is duty of core member to organise
nukkar natak, public speech, or any other social activities to
build up potential of his active member. Event organised shall
be in respect of welfare of society as a whole. For any kind of
Senseless activities or promoting illegal in group name shall
be punishable. FIR shall be filed against that member.
• LEGAL AIDS; It is duty of core member to organise legal aids
programme. Members shall be given option to chose their
desired area.
NOTE- core committee member can expel any member out of
group if s/he deny more than 5 times to participate in group
activities.
6. Core committee member shall
reasonable ground to include or
reject any social awareness
programme.
7. RIGHTS AND DUTIES
RIGHTS OF MEMBER;
• Member, no matter active or passive, can ask for any
information pertaining group.
• They can ask to be selected in any group activities they are
interested in, according to their capabilities. If, they are
capable then core committee member has no rights to reject
their proposal.
• Once member of group, they have right to leave the group ant
times they wants, after their due payment.
8. DUTIES OF MEMBER
• It is duty of member to donate to their
respective financial leader.
• Duty of member to participate in group
activities.
• Duty of member to check corruption, and if
any member found corrupt, member shall
inform Director or can file FIR, after giving
notice for the same.
9. RIGHTS OF CORE COMMITTEE
• On reasonable ground, core committee can
expel any member from group.
• If found corrupt, director and president can
expel any member from core committee but if
same member has approval of majority of
active member of group, director and
president has no rights to expel them, unless
and until they have solid evidence.
• To dissolve group of special majority.
10. DUTUIES OF CORE COMMITTEE
• To organise social awareness programme.
• To check corruption.
• To select needy, and poor.
• To chose events, date of events, motive of
events.
