The company has earned an outstanding reputation and continues to be a leader in this field, as a result of meeting the customer’s needs
with the highest quality products and services.
We are leaders in the production of forging oriented to the Energy (80%) and Nuclear field, in fact we are certified ASME III. We produce for
all the companies of the field: Europe, America and Asia. In particular, we produce steam, gas, hydraulic and other turbine forgings, with all
the most sophisticated and demanded steels.

We produce austenitic and ferritic steels, superalloys
and non metal alloys such as titanium and others.
We are equipped with 11 saws for ingot cutting,
sectioning and separation forging cutting with a
capability up to 3500 mm diameter and 6000 mm
length.

4. FOrgINgS
Three hydraulic Presses with capacities of 12000, 5000 and 2000
tons and one ring rolling-mill, are used for production.

- Ingots up to 120 tons
- disc up to a 6000 mm diameter
- Shafts up to 20 mt length
- Shells with a length up to 8000 mm and diameter up to 5000 mm.

7. HEAT TrEATMENT
Equipment, experience, research, personalizations and high
quality performances are the result of well-established
skills in the heat treatment processes of the materials.
Each furnace is fitted with a computerised control system,
to perform the following:
