Prevention during/after weight loss
Local muscles training doesn’t work for fat loss. It’s a lifetime process to
learn and feel yourself. What’s your intake of healthy calories and what’s
going out doesn’t depend on how much you eat as long as it’s healthy
enough. Keep yourself away from media marketing as everything is perfect
as none. Pure nature will always be respected and you will recognize it for
sure. Accept that you need an environment to help you loosing weight.
Last time i attended a great „nutrimedes” course where the term „NEAT”
came up. Non Exercise AcTivity (no-couch , a little adhd so called is
alright) is alright while jumping locally on your legs from one to another.
Got nervous about it well kids now more then you realize because they
grow up and educate themselves for sure as well. This term is one i
realized everyone knew already for a long long time but so called
education in classes doesn’t allow us to move so we gotta sit still to get
educated. One thing which you can read in many non-educational books
at school or only in the best ones are know for many decades already.
Realise also the processed food is barely 100 years old. Human cells and
bacteria’s are here for many million years and they don’t like it really so
autoimmune diseases are nothing else then our body’s fight against
intruders and our own cells. So high protein / low glycemic index foot
food and avoiding bad/excessive fat consumption best way to maintain
weight and health. Doing everyday exercise as well and change daily food
habits makes it the best way to stay healthy and balance your weight. It
takes lot’s of time instead of loosing weight fat.

Smoking, study proofs ear
diseases
Evidences have accumulated in recent years on
the adverse effects of smoking and tobacco use
on ear diseases and hearing among different
population groups. Some studies, on the other
hand, have reported absence of such an
association. All forms of smoking and tobacco use
are harmful and there are significant data on
relationship of smoking and middle-ear diseases
in children (by passive smoking) and in adults.
Among adults the risks of internal ear diseases
especially hearing loss also increases with
smoking. The risk of becoming hearing-impaired
often increases with the number of cigarettes
smoked, as well as with the intensity and the
duration of exposure to smoke and tobacco
How Smoking Increases The Chance Of Ear
Infections
As mentioned, the thickening of mucus in the nasal
passage promotes the growth and spreading of
bacteria into the ear canal. Cigarette smoke is
irritating to the nasal passage. In response to this
irritate, as with any irritate, the nose builds up its
defense (mucus). This "defense" against the cigarette
smoke is what carries the bacteria or virus into your
child's middle ear canal. Studies have shown that the
presence of cigarette, or any tobacco, smoke can
increase the chance of getting an ear infection by
48% in children and up to 80% in infants.
Another way cigarette smoke affects your child's risk
of getting ear infections is by suppressing their
immune system. It has long been shown that
cigarette smoke decreases the effectiveness of the
immune system and it is generally accepted that
secondhand smoke has the same effect on those
around it. Therefore prolonged or repeated exposure
to cigarette smoke can make it harder for your child's
body to fight off an infection.

Not only does smoke increase the chance of a child getting an ear infection once, it
also significantly raises the chance that they will get reoccurring ear infections.
While the average child gets three ear infections before the age of six, a child who
lives in a house with a parent who smokes gets an average of eight. That's a big
difference.
Aside from the pain that comes with ear infections, reoccurring ear infections can
cause several complications to a young child. Probably the most disturbing is the
hearing loss that can come after repeated instances of ear infection symptoms.
This is rare but is more likely to occur with each ear infection. A doctor may
recommend ear tubes for a child with frequent ear infections. Lastly, instances of
prolonged balance problems have been diagnosed in children who experience
frequent ear infections.
For all these reasons, and those of common sense, it is vitally important to avoid
smoking around your child. It is also important to prevent their exposure to
secondhand smoke as much as possible by avoiding areas where smoking is
common and not allowing family and friends to smoke in your home.

Allergies and ears
Yearly event and you will never know when it’s really acute to deal with
unless your nose is sniffing out fluid or sneezing all day. How your
immune system will react depends on a few factors besides treating the
symptoms with regular medicines. Working with chemical related stuff
leaves his trails and being stressed by know and unknown factors is also
not really a healthy trigger to remain in balance. So smoking is a main
factor your immune system got triggered day in and day out. Preventing
colds and influenza (“flu”) is the best way to prevent ear infections. Daily
diets should include foods such as fresh, dark-colored fruits and
vegetables, which are rich in antioxidants and other important food
chemicals that may help boost the immune system. So internal
inflammations aren’t well understood yet we try to make the best out of it
and do not misunderstand these ear infections. Having family issues with
health isn’t understood very well but it’s the way it is.
