contract firm workers, on-call workers and temporary workers.
○ Freelancer.com - potential employers to post jobs that freelancers
can then bid to complete
○ AirBnB - Asset sharing services
○ Uber - Transportation based services
○ 2023 - 455 Billion Dollars
4. Changes in Schools
● Covid
○ Went online - Most of the schools except innovative schools went online
with the same methodology
● Not many new subjects are introduced
● No fundamental changes
5. The Gap
● Students should learn almost everything after joining the office/industry
● Most of it is a first time learning.
● Too much of time/Stress
● Inability to adapt to new systems fast
6. Filling the gap
● How do we fill this gap?
○ Expose systems/activities that happen in the industry at a young age.
■ Stress will be less for the students as they have ample time to learn it.
■ Easy to learn at young age.
○ Prepare them for international competitions.
7. International Competitions

○ Global exposure
■ Our children need to understand other cultures.
■ Their activities
■ Know where they stand as per the global standards
8. Future plans of coding club
● Add more roles that involves creativity
● Existing roles
■ Coders
■ Designers
■ Presenters
■ Entrepreneurs
■ Trainers
■ Film makers
■ Digital / E safety leaders
9. ● Adding other subject related roles to it.
● Conduct the competitions like 10x coder, cyber square oscar etc. at
national level and international level.
○ Toppers will be able to travel to UK, USA etc.
Future plans of coding club
10. Education should prepare young people for jobs that do
not yet exist, using technologies that have not yet been
invented, to solve problems of which we are not yet
aware
