1. Women’s vs. men’s leadership abilities

2. As James Brown said, This is a man’s world, but it
wouldn’t be nothing, without a woman… and he was right !
I just want to start this presentation by being honest and
very close to the subject.
But first, let me tell you that recently, I was promoted as a back
up team leader at my work place. Of course that comes with
amazing responsabilities but such joy, just because my dreams
are so close to make it real.
As a woman, I worked so hard and I dedicate almost all my time
to grow a career, but the results are not that shy, so that makes
me proud.

3. When we talk about leadership abilities I do
think that both genders posses amazing abilities ,
however the leadership of women is usually more
aggressive because we do have a lack of authority
in front of the others, besides men who have “ a
natural skill of leading”, women find it difficult to
impose authority , as a thing of nature or sorrow .

4. On the other hand, women’s
leadership is warmer as they get more
involved to the problems and so close to
the people that work for them.
Also, don’t you ever forget that a woman
can get under your skin in 5 minutes and
make you do exactly what she wants , so
don’t you ever mistreat a woman in a
higher seat than you .

5. As “The End” I want to decide equality between
genders.
Yes , men’s are stronger and born with a natural instinct
to “run the world” , but never forget that women’s
always “run faster” for what they want to achieve.
PS : I also, when I will get the position, the “high seat”
that I want, I would probably want to work with men’s,
because they don’t think with they’re heart, or they’re
hormones.
