1. VIETNAM MEDICAL MISSION 2012
In cooperation with Aid For Kids

2. On December 2012,
2 doctors, 1 lab
technician, 1
volunteer and 10
students from Nova
University came to
Vietnam for a
medical mission trip
for 2 weeks to work
in Ben Tre Province
(Mekong delta area)
in cooperation with
Aid For Kids .

3. Shortly after they arrived
to Ben Tre, all the
doctors and students
were greeted by the
government officers
from the Department of
Labor – Ben Tre with a
fresh coconut drink.

4. Then ready for setting
clinic and start working

5. Everyday, we moved to different villages in Ben Tre to do the medical care and make sure
that more people received treatment from our program…

our pharmacy…

to get treatment…

14. Mission accomplished! Everyone is happy in the end of the working day…

15. With in 2 weeks and 7 working days in Ben Tre, we were
able to provide treatment for 1,333 patients in 6 different
villages…

16. BUT OUR MISSION IS NOT ONLY ABOUT WORK…

17. During the weekend, the group took a Mekong Delta trip to explore the local life style and
culture of Vietnamese people……

18. Dr. Trif, Logan and Miguel are catching fish for lunch…

19. Aid for Kids gave a surprise 25th anniversary party for Mr. and Mrs. Laubach ………….…

20. And then taking part in a Vietnamese cooking class…

21. Time for sightseeing and going to visit the Cu Chi tunnel… consists of more than
200 km of underground hideout tunnels.

22. And having an amazing fare well party…

23. Good bye Dr. Snyder, Dr. Trif, Mr. & Mrs. Laubach, Mona, John, Logan, Sarah,
Seth, Stella, Miguel, Katy , Lauren, Leon who joined Aid for Kids in the Vietnam
Medical Mission 2012.
