2. I added the back text and then turned
down the opacity by 70% and used
the eraser tool making the model
come in front of the text. I got this
inspiration from a Florence and the
machine edition by vibe. I thought
that this would be effective for my
magazine as it looked a bit like graffiti
and seeing as my magazine genre
was hip hop and hip hop
stereotypically started on the streets
where there is a lot of graffiti.
3. My slug and page numbers correspond with each
other as they are the same colour and same
width apart. I chose to go with these colours as I
wanted the exclusive to stand out and using
black and yellow was very effective as these are
alerting colours and will grab readers attention.
This was my main article
which was a an interview
and at the top was my
leading text which was
bigger than the interview
showing that it was different
ands was introducing what
was to be included in the
interview. I added a box
behind the text ad turned
down the opacity so that the
text was clear to see as it
would of been hard to read
off the brick wall.
