5. Terms & Conditions
• D0 90% and D1 85% Persistency if available
• Daily Clock In-Clock Out Training – not more than 4 days absent (per month).
• Meets JFW requirements during first 6 months; first 3 sales and at least 1 JFW per month. (NPA-LPs with
>24months experience recorded in LIAM/MTA prior to joining AIA are exempted from JFW).
• Upon Meeting the monthly / quarterly validation threshold, for every case short of the requirement, it
can be compensated with an additional AFYP RM10,000.
• A minimum of 1 case must be captured per month.
• Quarterly catch-up is applicable provided NLP meets the Quarterly Catch Up validation requirement.
Payment made at the end of the quarter will be the “Quarterly Accumulated Bonus” minus “Total
Monthly Bonus” received in the same quarter.
• Upon meeting at least AFYP108k & 48cases by end of the first 12 months and meeting Q4 HA
validation, HA is entitled to 13th -18th month of HA program.
• Upon meeting at least AFYP180k & 48 cases by end of the first 12 months and meeting Q4 HA
validation, HA has the option to be promoted to 13th - 18th months of ELITE 2.0 program or remain in
13th - 18th month of HA program
