6. Who is eligible?
Businesses must:
• At least 51% owned by legal residents of T&T
• Register in T&T with the Ministry of Legal Affairs or
under the Cooperative Societies Act
• Satisfy the requirements of being a MSE
– Less than 25 employees ( full-time equivalent)
Less than $1.5 Million ( excluding land and building) in
assets
– Less that $5 Million in annual revenue

7. What is needed to register?
• Copy of your National ID OR Driver’s
Permit OR Passport
• Copy of Business Registration Certificate
• Three client reference letters
• Résumé for owner and/or key employees
