This document provides instructions for a comic strip contest called "Voy Volando" (I'm Flying). Participants must submit a 3-panel comic strip responding to the prompt "What would you do if you could fly?" The contest is open to all ages and the submission deadline is June 15, 2009. The winning entries will be featured on the contest website.
