long as the player has funhewill keep
onplaying.

• Always thinkabout: whatwillthe player do?
• As a designer you must becapable to
predictwhatyourplayerwill do,
sothatyouwillbecapable to anticipate in your
game on the behaviour of yourplayer and
whatwillhappen next.
6. The thirdthing I learned
• In a welldesigned game everychoiceresults in a
change in the game.
• Its more interestingand asks more technicalskillfrom
the playerwhichresults in a more daring game
whichis more entertaining.
• Goodchoicesshould have bothanupside and a
downside.
• The player has to make a wellbalanceddesicion and
reallythinkabout the consequenses of hisdesicions.
