The main process of rolling steel balls involves incoming inspection of raw materials, heating the materials, forging and rolling them into balls while hot, heat treatment, hardness testing, visual inspection, sorting by quality, and packing for export. The steel balls can be used for grinding media and abrasives, come in sizes from 20mm to 125mm or larger, have roundness below 2%, impact toughness over 12J/cm2, and an annual output of 200,000 tons.
