1. PASTA CARBONARA
PASTA FROM ITALY HAS A GOOD TASTE . EASILY PREPARE
Into a pan put water and salt. After, you add the pasta in boiled water
and wait 15 minutes. In a small pan with a little bit of olive oil put the
bacon sliced and fried it 2-3 minutes.
For sauce: Into a separate saucepan you mix 3 yolks and 300 gr of cream
yogurt until you get a smooth cream. Add a little bit of salt. Take the
pasta from boiled water and add them together with fried bacon in the
prepared white sauce. Mix them all carefully and put them in a plate
with a basil leaf on the top. Pasta are ready.
