Major issues that were discussed in the conference can be outlined as:
 Chen Xinjie for paper titled ‘Exploring the Subjective Well-Being of Linguistically Gifted
Secondary School Student in China’ Affiliated to (University of Macau, China)
Best paper awards are given in each GRDS International Conference to the participants with
best scholarly paper submitted and presented at the conference. In this Conference Best Paper
was given to Po-Hsien Bill Chou For’ News Translation as a Framing Process: A Case Study of the
Liberty Times News Stories’ Affiliated (Department of Applied Foreign Languages, National
Taiwan University of Science and Technology,Taipei, Taiwan)
