A pilot program is proposed to provide 1-to-1 personal computers for students at Heidelberg Primary School. Studies have shown that students in 1-to-1 programs increase their literacy and numeracy results by up to 30% per year and become more engaged, self-directed learners who collaborate well and enjoy active, project-based learning using technology to improve their skills.
