This is due to: Technology – the influence of internet, gaming consoles, and television. Obesity – eating excessively, eating wrong foods, and no exercise. Negative Influences – Peer pressure, drugs, alcohol and smoking.

5. Teaching PDHPE We as teachers do our best to encourage our students to apply these healthy lifestyles into their everyday lives. We teach them through various teaching techniques such as numeracy, literacy and ICT skills . Students are always encourages to be actively involved in sports and games where they will develop games sense and fair play .
