2. What’s Your Conviction?
• Evangelism and
Missions is a matter
of obedience to God’s
word.
• Evangelism and
Missions has
everything to do with
our conviction about
God’s word.
3. It’s A Matter Of Asking
• Psalm 2:8 (KJV)
8 Ask of me, and I shall give
thee the heathen for thine
inheritance, and the uttermost
parts of the earth for thy
possession.
• God declares if we ask He will
give us the nations!
• What are you in the habit of
asking God for?
4. It’s A Matter Of Being
• Isaiah 49:6 (NIV)
• 6 he says: “It is too small a thing for you to
be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob
and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I
will also make you a light for the Gentiles,
that my salvation may reach to the ends of
the earth.”
• Matthew 5:14-16 (NIV)
• 14 “You are the light of the world. A town
built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither
do people light a lamp and put it under a
bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it
gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In
the same way, let your light shine before
others, that they may see your good deeds
and glorify your Father in heaven.
• God wants our lives to ‘burn’ with
evidence of His love and kindness,
mercy and grace for all the world to see
5. It’s A Matter Of Doing
• Acts 1:8 (NIV)
• 8 But you will receive power when the
Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will
be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in
all Judea and Samaria, and to the
ends of the earth.”
• 3 John 1:7 (NIV)
• 7 It was for the sake of the Name that
they went out, receiving no help from
the pagans.
• The Holy Spirit empowers us to
declare God’s Good News with
words and deeds for the sake of His
name!
• We have Holy Spirit power for a
purpose and that’s to make Christ
known in the world!
6. It’s A Matter Of Availability
• 2 Peter 1:21(NIV)
• 21 For prophecy never had its origin in the
human will, but prophets, though human,
spoke from God as they were carried along
by the Holy Spirit.
• Hebrews 1:1 (NIV)
• 1 In the past God spoke to our ancestors
through the prophets at many times and in
various ways,
• John 1:14 (NIV)
• 14 The Word became flesh and made his
dwelling among us. We have seen his glory,
the glory of the one and only Son, who
came from the Father, full of grace and
truth.
• We speak on God’s behalf and God
speaks through us, we become ‘living
epistles’ of the Gospel! We become
living models/examples for the world!
7. We Have Knockout Power!
• Romans 1:16 (NIV)
• 16 For I am not ashamed of the
gospel, because it is the power of
God that brings salvation to
everyone who believes: first to the
Jew, then to the Gentile.
• Every time we open our mouths
and communicate the Gospel the
Kingdom of God invades the
present and once more destroys
the work of the enemy!
• We can manifest the Kingdom to
come in the present when we
declare the Gospel every time!
8. We Have Knockout Power!
• Matthew 7:7 (NIV)
• 7 “Ask and it will be given to you;
seek and you will find; knock and
the door will be opened to you.
• What are you asking for?
• What are you seeking after?
• What are you interceding for?
• God declares “ask me and I’ll give
you the nations”. Take Him at His
word!
