3. Your age must be 18 years or older to join Global Mercy.
Your right to privacy is very important to Global Mercy.
Your personal information will never be sold or distributed to any third party.
By joining Global Mercy, You agree that you shall be fully responsible
for any filing of taxes that may be
required as applicable to you by Governmental authorities.
This is because we form an organization having participants
from all over the world, thereby maintaining international status –
We shall in no circumstance do or act to do this for you.
Global Mercy is not responsible for any losses and/or damages
of any kind of disputes arising out of the relationship
between you and Global Mercy . No legal action can be taken.
If you agree to this only, you can join the Global Mercy program.
Otherwise you can skip the program.

4. You are neither an employee of Global Mercy
nor an independent associate for Global Mercy.
Global Mercy is fairly a system simply functioning
as a connection from one member to the other member.
You or Global Mercy has the right to terminate this
relationship at any time.
You are not supposed to disclose the details of any
other member in the system.
Revealing members details may be harmful for those
members in some manner.

5. Promoting Global Mercy program from a website
with bad reputation is strictly prohibited.
If found to be involved in any sort of activity
which may be of fraudulent nature or which may
bring disrepute to the system concepts, such an
account, along with the account of the referrer
sponsoring it will be suspended until further
notice if found involved.
You may not promote your referral links through
unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or use any other methods
of mass communication.

6. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination
of your participation with Global Mercy and may
also result in legal prosecution.
Global Mercy strictly enforces anti-spamming laws.
Spamming is a federal crime.
Any participate caught spamming will not only have
their account terminated immediately and loose any past,
present and future benefits, but shall also be held liable for
spamming as we shall co-operate with the authorities and
investigating agencies and bring to book such person/s
involved in the spamming incidents.

7. Every individual is required to provide a valid
mobile number for registering at Global Mercy
Users using false information when registering
or changing their personal settings will have
their accounts terminated.
Accounts of Global Mercy are non transferable

8. Anyone can refer an unlimited number of people
to join the program and earn referral income both
directly & Indirectly as per authorized program of
Global Mercy.
As your password must be kept secret from others,
We store it in an irreversible format.
In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your
account, We shall not be held responsible.
When you request for a fresh password, the same
shall be sent to your mail ID / mobile number.

9. Global Mercy program is not for those who are illiterate.
Knowledge of computer, internet & English is a must. Please do
not join the Program if you don't know how to operate
computers, the internet & can read/write English.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any
time, for any reason and without warning or notice.
If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by email/SMS. If
you are found to be cheating in any way, your account will be
deleted without notice.
Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring
system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor
discuss the reason.

10. Once your account is reviewed to make sure that you don't cheat
and that you have followed all the TOS, your payment is placed in the
Queue. Sometimes it may take a little longer too. You can request for
multiple help. You can only receive money in your bank account. No
other options are available at present.
Global Mercy will not be liable for delays or failure in performance
caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work
stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether
similar or dissimilar, beyond our control.
Global Mercy reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees,
benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and
conditions or terminate services at any time and without notice.
Global Mercy, its subsidiaries, participate and agents are not
responsible for any products and services of other programs of
participating companies or partners.
