Ron’s extensive experience, commitment to excellence, caring, and compassionate style are his greatest strengths as a leader. His experience in the
mortgage industry started in 2001 when he began his career by working on the front lines as a loan officer and then a branch manager for another national
lender. NRL capitalized on Ron’s experience and knowledge to help expand their team. In his first year at NRL he grew from 4 branches to almost 20 – more
than tripling the volume, as a result. He is a true sales professional providing World Class Service. As President of Nations Reliable Lending he believes in
taking care of his clients and getting the deal done. Ron’s goals for Nations Reliable Lending are to be among the top mortgage banks in the country.
Expanding outside of Texas and now licensed in many other states has put NRL on the national map and Ron feels that with this NRL is on their way to being
among the very best mortgage banks in the Nation. Ron is an active member of the Texas Association of Mortgage Bankers Association and the National
Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a Houston native and only left for a short while to attend the University of Texas. He returned to his roots and now lives
in Bellaire with his wife Jennifer and their 3 children.
Ron Zach – President
Mewael is the Executive Vice President of Operations for Nations Reliable Lending responsible for the Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Post-Closing
departments. He also has his FHA Direct Endorsement certification. With over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Mewael has worked at all
levels of the mortgage business with previous positions as a Loan Officer, Branch Manager, and Net Branch Owner. He is an active member of the Texas
Association of Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Mortgage Bankers Association. He is a proud Texas Longhorn- Mewael attended the University of
Texas at Austin where he studied Economics and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. In his free time Mewael enjoys working out, golf, his
Houston Rockets but more importantly, spending time with his wife and family. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.
Mewael Ghebremichael – EVP of Operations
Michael Allen is the Executive Vice President of Secondary Markets for Nations Reliable Lending. He has served in many roles at NRL, including all of
underwriting, credit, and secondary. He also has his FHA Direct Endorsement certification. His experience in the mortgage industry started in 1999 when
he began his career by working on the front lines as a loan processor, loan officer, and then a branch manager for another national lender. Since co-
founding Nations Reliable Lending in 2007, Michael has assisted in growing the company from a couple of branches in Texas to a nationwide lending
institution. Michael is an active member of the Texas Association of Mortgage Bankers Association and the National Mortgage Bankers Association. He
enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He resides in Houston, TX.
