This slide is a bit complex, but so is the annual planning cycle. The objective of this slide is to get the client(s) to buy in to following a planning cycle that includes Alignment Reports (Strategic Plans), Quarterly Plans, and Weekly Summary Reports to the coach. A side benefit is that it shows the coach involved over an extended period, beyond one year.
