As a human, I’ve always deeply cared about the impact I have on the world around me. But as a product manager, I often feel hopeless when it comes to social-environmental causes that I care about and the impact of the products I manage on them. In the business world, we are taught to manage and improve what we can measure, and that is why what we actually count truly counts. So in order to improve the impact of our product on the world we all live in, we first need to measure it. This is the reason why, I will share the presentation about the social-environmental product KPIs. These are the KPIs we can and need to set for our products as a product manager, product owner, business owner, etc., to hold our product accountable for its impact.
