  2. 2. Healthy lifestyle is so crucial to our lives that if we do notlive healthy, everything else in life loses its importance. We may have many expensive things at our disposal, but if we have unhealthy lifestyle, we may not be able to enjoy the goodness that life offers to us。
  3. 3. How we live has a direct implication on our health. And in turn, it decides the level of happiness in our lives. Many times, we do not realize about our unhealthy ways till some undesired effects start showing up.
  4. 4. Having an extravagant lavish lifestyle or mere a simple living is not enough, it has to be healthy. However the modern ways of living are taking us away from healthy lifestyles. Keeping the importance of healthy lifestyle in view, we suggest some ways that leads to healthy lifestyle.
  5. 5. Get active This is the primary and the most vital aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Being active is a sure- fire way to remain healthy. Remain physically active. Walk, run, play, swim, climb, jump… do all those activities that will keep you physically fit. Avoid using vehicles as much as you can.
  6. 6. Keep clean As per a common saying, cleanliness is next to godliness. Maybe! But it certainly can induce healthiness around you. Keep your surroundings clean. Cleanliness can create a healthy and positive ambience that is so very essential to a healthy lifestyle. Neat and well organized places are conducive to healthy mind and body; and in turn to a healthy lifestyle. Unclean and untidy place can not only irritate you but can make you sick. It represents unhealthy mindset.
  7. 7. Eat healthy What you eat has a direct bearing on your body and mind. The food served on your platter is indicative of your lifestyle. The healthier the food, the healthier will be your lifestyle. Healthy and delicious food can rejuvenate and rejoice you. Healthy and nutritious food is a prerequisite of healthy lifestyle.
  8. 8. Think positive After seeking external components for healthy lifestyle, if your mind cannot think positive and healthy, it can spoil the broth. Think positive and watch out for any negative connotation. Correct your negative thinking patterns. Opt to remain healthy and happy.
  9. 9. Live Natural This is probably the easiest way to live a healthy lifestyle. Be amidst nature as much as you can. Be around trees. Plant trees around your residence. Avoid usage of materials that are hazardous to the environment.
