Essentials Of Time Management Time is something we have to value at work, due to its importance and because its incorrect management can have a negative influence when making decisions, when dealing with new tasks and, in a nutshell, in the work we perform. Time is inflexible, it flies whether you are having fun or not. Apparently, it seems to be a variable which is not under our control. We cannot stretch it, buy it or make it stop. However, we can control it and we can definitely win it back. Is time controlling us or, on the other hand, can we control it? This is the first question we should consider.
