A person develops hypothyroidism when his or her
thyroid fails to produce enough thyroid hormone. This
issue can have a wide range of effects on the body and
can greatly affect a person’s quality of life. For instance, a
person who has hypothyroidism might experience mental
symptoms. They might feel depressed, tired, or have
trouble remembering things or concentrating. Muscle
pain and stiff joints are other possible symptoms, as is
weight gain. Sensitivity to cold temperatures might occur
as well.

3. Hypothyroidism
 In addition to not feeling well, people with
hypothyroidism might notice changes in their
physical appearance. Hair and nails might become
brittle, and the eyebrows might become thinner,
particularly on the outside third of the eyebrows. The
skin might look pale and feel cool to the touch, or it
can become dry or yellowish.
While these are some symptoms of hypothyroidism,
it is not a full list, and some people might experience
