Conferencing Terms & Conditions
Conference Seating Layout Key
o All quotations are provisional and the rates are valid for 7 days from the date of the
official quotation. Your actual reservation is valid for 48 Hours only and will be
automatically released.
o Rates are per person per day (Inc. Vat) with minimum groups of 10 delegates for the
rates to apply. (or Subject to the GM’s discretion at the time of confirmation)
o All package meals are served in the Hotel dining area. Private venues are available at an
additional cost.
o Rates & accommodation is subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
o Deposits of 50% of the total cost is required for confirmation of the booking with the
balance, final numbers and rooming list 3 days prior to arrival.
o Should the numbers of delegates be reduced on the day of arrival, the charge will
remain the same as confirmed 3 days prior to arrival.
o Should the number of delegates increase on the day of arrival the additional charge will
be shown on the final invoice.
