Interpersonal Communication - Reflective account
You are required to identify an incident from your personal or
professional life, related to gang environments, and will allow
you to consider the use of emotional intelligence, relationship
building, and situational literacy in the form of a reflective
account. Your account should reflect on:
- Use of emotional intelligence in situations
- Methods of relationship building
- Situational literacy
Use any written format you wish – 500-750 words
