a new tool has been designed to provide new hires and
their managers with a checklist of online learning resources
recommended during the first months at IMS Health. For more

IT’S HERE!!! SSO for the OLC
You asked, and we delivered!
The Online Learning Center is
now SSO-enabled. Single sign-on allows you to
bypass the OLC log on screen and seamlessly
access thousands of eLearning courses, videos,
and job aids.
Take a look… we’ve also joined a host of other
IMS Health apps on LaunchPad.IMSHealth.com
We encourage new hires along with
their manager/coach to review this
Online Learning Recommendations
tool, identify those courses of most
value and jointly agree on target
timeframes for completion. Depending
upon the new hire’s role and
