1. REPORT SELECTOR
This presentation describes the most commonly used report data
The reports described are:
 Profit and Loss Performance
 Sales: indication of various contributors to revenue
 Purchases from suppliers and stock movements
 Cash Movements
 Staff sales and revenue generation and overtime costs
 Other revenue generators
 Specific client report requirements
 All data can be actual performance compared to budget and variances can
be displayed
Most dashboards consist of nine visuals each and able to filter and search

2. PROFIT AND LOSS PERFORMANCE
Common selectors are:
 Sales of products or materials
 Sales of labour
 Other revenue generators
 Total revenue
 Cost of goods (cogs)
 Labour costs
 Gross profit $ value %age margin
 Business (fixed) costs
 EBIT $value %age of revenue

3. SALES SECTION
 Sales to customers: Filter on clients, top ten analysis. Up to 1
million lines
 Sales performance by business units, divisions or sections
 Sales by part number and/or product group
 Account and/or cash sales
 Geographical sales
 Sales by staff member

4. OPERATIONS
 Purchases from suppliers
 Staff overtime worked
 Stock level changes
 QA performance
 Machine use and efficiency
The above data is by selection and not always used by clients

5. OTHER
 Cash movements
 Cash flow performance
 Business (fixed) expense analysis
 Debtor day performance

There are many different selections available, the price schedule
allows for nine visuals.
If more visuals are required these can be added at a moderate
extra cost.
