2. Galen L Stone is an experienced professional
with a diverse career portfolio. From 1974 to
1978, he attended the College of Wooster to
do his BA major in Social Welfare and minors
in Religion and Black Studies.
3. Galen L Stone’s first job was at “Boys and
Girls Clubs of Boston, Inc.”, where he joined
as the “Coordinator of the Boston Youth
Education Fund”. Here, he counseled club
members and coordinated their placement at
colleges and private schools.
4. He also developed, coordinated, supervised,
and supported around 150-member volunteer
program from many local graduate and
undergraduate students from Northeastern,
BU, Simmons, MIT and Harvard (mainly from
the Business school)as well as many
dedicated professionals from the Greater
Boston Area.
5. Later, Galen L Stone served as the “Director
of Education” for the Boys and Girls Clubs of
Boston, Inc.. While serving this role, he
coordinated as well as supervised around fifty
clubhouse educational programs in & outside
of the clubs.
