1. It is with the greatest of pleasure that I
highly recommend Mr. Chuck Blackledge
for employment in your company. Chuck
was the hardest working quartermaster I had
in my 16 years at North Penn High School
during that time I came to know and respect
him for his outstanding work with
students/parents as well as his leadership
abilities.
As a volunteer, Chuck was the finest I
have ever worked with. In addition to his
physically demanding work with the HS
marching band, he coordinated several
parent functions and volunteered for many
other winter performance ensembles
working at the highest caliber. As a member
of the North Penn Music Aides, he was a
very dependable and open minded
quartermaster. Above all, Chuck has a real
gift for leadership and student/parent
involvement.

2. Chuck Blackledge is a man of highest
integrity and seriousness of purpose. He is
always polite and considerate to students,
parents and teachers. On every occasion he
extended himself far beyond what we
normally expect of our parent volunteers in
order to support any aspect of our extensive
music department. His contributions to and
accomplishments within our school,
community, and state have been well-
documented. His entire family was involved
at the highest level of performance and
volunteer work which is a reflection upon
Chuck as a parent and volunteer aide
I am certain that Chuck will be a
superior addition to your company as he has
been to the North Penn Marching Knight
