Work Profile and Projects:
ITD-FM:
This is the complete technical backbone network of the ITC Ltd. Consists of various
technologies and services including SAP, Mail service, Desktops and servers, Switches and
Router in large warehouse connected to Motorola access points.
HHTs (windows CE OS) are configured in manner that communicates to central servers.
Responsibilities:
• Installing and troubleshooting the basic desktop apps like office, Lotus mail
client, peripheral drivers, including Network printers.
• Monitor the network and troubleshoot the issues in LAN connectivity. For WAN
issues rise the ticket with higher teams and resolving accordingly.
• AD management for User creation, Group policy management, file accessing
services and configuration of other services. Using UltraVNC viewer and RDP for
resolving user specific issues.
• HHTs are works on Wi-Fi so that frequent ip address mapping and App
installations are required to maintain them.
APSWAN:
This is the state level govt. project known as Andhra Pradesh state wide area network.
Consisting of IT infra like routers, switches and PCs. where I have worked as Field support
engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting basic L1, L2 issues in switches and configuring new routers.
• Monitor the network performance with WHATSUP GOLD tool.
3. • Installing and configuration of low end TEAMLINK routers and modems in
various govt. office departments.
• Troubleshoot the tickets on daily basis by providing onsite service.
