1) LoveAndSeek.com Reuses Your Profile Data
By singing in and creating a profile on LoveAndSeek.com, you are automatically agreeing to the Terms

2. of Use. But, if you haven’t read this document, then you haven’t been informed about your rights and
duties. Within the terms of use document, there is a paragraph that explains how by merely posting a
photographs or writing something about you – LoveAndSeek.com gains exclusive right to take, reuse,
modify and distribute the info posted by you. After they gather all these data they can re-post them
across all their websites, but they can also share your personal info on other networks they have a
contract with (companies which have bought the info). Basically, the minute you post anything on
LoveAndSeek.com it is no longer yours.

LoveAndSeek.com uses computer-automated messages, sent to you by computer software. This means
that no one is actually sending you emails and no one is interacting with you, but these messages are
only a marketing tool used by the site to get you engaged in their services. The computer-automated
messages will be sent to you at different periods of the day, and they will be coming from fabricated
profiles (not real site members).

3) Fabricated Test Profiles
LoveAndSeek.com dating profiles which are used to send you email and chat messages are fabricated
and created by the owner company. Those profiles are created using the profile information the
Company has acquired from other users who once posted on the site – just like you post yours when
creating your account. These profiles contain images, data, names, etc. which originally belong to other
people and are taken from other dating sites and networks.

subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed
to when subscribing. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature.”
