We try to stay optimistic and loving today, but our words seem to create more problems than
solutions as mischievous Mercury forms an anxious semisquare with magnetic Venus. The
easygoing Libra Moon aligns with lucky Jupiter and Venus, tempting us with thoughts of sweet
pleasures. Nevertheless, we may end a conversation that’s not going our way or abruptly leave
an unpleasant situation now that the willful Sun aligns with independent Uranus.

It gets harder to make new friendships as we get older, precisely at the time our transforming
selves need new people and new energy, just when we have so much more to share. But when
I look at what I might have thought was a relationship and I see nothing but a dream, I have to
let that die. No one sees the difference from outside, but I know it’s there.
The reality is — and risking being branded a solipsist, an experience that should not be
unfamiliar to any of the Planet Waves regulars — these were all relationships with myself, and in
transforming them I can find energy to shape them into good relationships with myself instead of
swirling in a cycle of illusion. The real relationships, the ones in which there are active
give-and-take, energy exchange, effort, love — these grow. As both poly and mono have said,
relationships are like sharks — they move or they die.

Neptune stationed retrograde on June 5, 2012 and the past few months have called for an inner
cleansing of illusions, fantasies and deep self-reflection, so we can gain clarity on an inner soul
truth. Now with Neptune’s direct station there is also level of denial, deception or even
self-deception that we need to watch out for.
Be extremely honest with yourself and in no denial, so you are in no danger of projecting false
fantasies or delusions onto situations which will ultimately leave you thirsting and fighting
ghosts. And when one is aware of one’s inner transcendent reality, then we can deflect false
projections without absorbing them as one’s own.
The more we can be conscious in mind, body and spirit — there can be an awareness of a more
soulful, sublime truth and the magic that abounds and surrounds us.

November 11-17 : Sunday continues the social energy of the last few days, so enjoy it because
the intensity is building quickly now.
There is a Scorpio Solar Eclipse on Tuesday November 13 at 2:08 PM PST. Communications
planet Mercury, retrograde since Nov. 6th, is now moving backwards into Scorpio to add to the
emotional intensity.
Watch the news from Northern Australia across the South Pacific to Chile under the path of the
eclipse. There have already been reports of big earthquakes in some of the islands of the South
Pacific. A Scorpio new moon calls you to the very depths of your emotional being. At a total

You can heal old wounds under this energy. Scorpio is known as a great researcher or
detective, so you can do the research needed to write a book or prepare a workshop.
Scorpio is very good at doing what it wants to do, but they have trouble doing things that they
must do- but don’t really want to do. Use the weeks surrounding this eclipse to see where your
heart is really engaged in people or activities, and where you are dragging your feet to get
something done. The water element is very strong at this time, so there is plenty of assistance
for your emotional healing and support. The earth element is very weak now, so that is less
helpful in dealing with practical world projects. Don’t ignore the mundane, but you will get more
done if you focus on those projects that are near and dear to your heart.

Went to the beach you can see the videos of where I used to surf as a kid..I enjoyed the sun,
felt open to the world so much more and first got a gift, some Mate that I had asked a woman
about since I had seen it in the ground next to her and her friends and a very nice conversation
with her who turned out to be a Argentine …..Ok a gorgeous one as well!!
As well as a very nice hug from her as I left her alone with her 2 friends.
Then chatted and spent some time with a street musician that played Argentine songs for me
also in the videos while talking to another very nice guy from Spain and then sat outside
watching the people go by in a outdoor cafe.
After walking a couple of blocks at which point I sat down at a table where this guy is giving free
empathy with cards and we talked for 30 minutes about all sort of spiritual stuff and then we
hugged…a true long soul hug for like 2 minutes in the middle of the walk as everyone walked
around us . As it turned out in talking we had belonged to the same Co-op in Palo Alto back like
38 years ago
wonderful day! ? I feel so much better……like my body and Soul have been cleansed.
Interestedly…my cards in astrology had said that I would take a break till the middle of the month
and feel rejuvenated and then go forth and get lots done in the second half and it is of COURSE
all coming together that way.
Often we do not know how, what we do in small ways change others and for this people I met
today, maybe it was just a small blip in their long day…..but for me it was my day and I am so
grateful to them for being there as they are and sharing it so selflessly with me from their heart!

PS. They all shared one common trait..the 20 something woman, the old collage professor, the
Spanish guy and the old card reader…………they were alive inside and that showed in their eyes as
they sparkled and played with life ?
