Suspension; Rubber Hose; StainlessSteel DecorativeInserts; Molds& Automation; Sunroof areas, Al- Die Casting . Major customers: FAW-VW,
SVW, VW and AUDI group, DPCA and PSA, SGM and GM group,Chrysler, BMW, etc.
Responsibilities:
 Fully responsible for Group QA center Functions designing and control modes planning.Vertically management
Group QA center and subsidiaries QA dept. Quality System build-up and procedures optimizing. Ensure
ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 system healthyand effective running.
 Leading Group Operational Strategic Planning and ManagementModes Designing.Continuouslydeepening
Product Cell mgt.mode in manufacturing and rolling-outin all subsidiaries.Combining with qualitymanagement
modes, to validate operation modes’ effectiveness and monitor processes in order to increase production efficiency
and the operational cost.
 Lead new project development APQP process establishment improvements, join new projects oftware PLM project,
responsible for new projectdevelopmentAPQP and problem list mgt.and LLC summery;
 Leading to establish data base of Group QA and Operation System to validate and monitor operation effectiveness
and efficiency to push group management improving.
 Participating group sales strategyand sales modes build up,establish customer service system and quotation
system,build up sales center projectauditsystem and process
 Build up President office cash flow dept. process ,define financial management and risk control, establish cash flow
efficiency appraisal
 Supply chain integration and optimization,identify risk and control, and establish sourcing and QA management
system and process.
 全权负责集团质保中心职能和管控模式规划,负责集团和分子公司质量系统的规划,流程的梳理,确保
ISO/TS16949,ISO14001 体系的健康有效运行;直线管控集团各分子公司质保部工作;
 主导集团运营战略和运营模式的规划,对生产单元化和机器代替人的模式进行不断深化,并在各分子公
司进行推广,结合质量管控模式,对生产运营模式进行有效监控,提高生产运营效率并减少运营成本;
 主导新产品开发 APQP 流程建立和完善,参与新项目开发管理软件 PLM 系统搭建,负责新项目开发产品先
期质量策划和问题清单的整理,经验积累卡的汇总;
 主导集团质保和运营以及营销数据库的建立,对运营有效性和真实性进行监控,在数据基础上推进集团
公司持续改进;
 参与集团营销战略和营销模式的建立,建立营销客户服务系统和报价系统,建立营销中心项目审核部负
责对整个集团新项目开发过程审核监督机制,并对以上流程进行搭建梳理;
 参与对总裁办资金部的流程进行搭建和梳理,对融资管理和资金运作的风险进行定义和规避,建立资金
有效运作考核机制,提高资金利用效率;
 参与供应链的整合和优化,对于供应链质量风险进行早期识别和管控,建立供应商开发和质量管理系统
和流程。
