• Each member state should finance ~3-5
national experts from different sectors and
disciplines to contribute to an AU-EU TCIP
• AUC and EC should finance the coordination
of the TCIP development process (~1-2 years)
with inputs from up to 82 member states,
based on the AU-EU HLPD Roadmap (2016)
• Establishment or fostering existing national
focal points and their long-term coordination
• Institutionalising the successions of
program cycles in the AU-EU Partnership
via the TCIP method in a long-term
cyclic programming approach
